Hot Chocolate

Who doesn’t like hot chocolate? That’s what we crave on a cold, grey day like today. Simple and quick recipe for a delicious low carb treat. Enjoy :)

Ingredients (serves 2):
  • 300 ml/ 1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 120 ml/half cup double cream
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp erythritol
  • 20g/ 0.7 oz dark chocolate (chopped)

Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a small saucepan over a medium heat and whisk until well combined. Bring to a gentle simmer. Remove from the heat and serve hot.
